1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 365juan ("365juan," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://365juan.com and through the 365juan mobile application.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by 365juan, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the 365juan platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of our services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 365juan.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use 365juan, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 365juan, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from 365juan or any other gaming platform operated by us or our affiliates.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

365juan reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at 365juan's sole discretion after verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 365juan, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 365juan platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 365juan account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 365juan immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 365juan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• One account per person: Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• Accurate information: False registration details may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• KYC verification: 365juan may require identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) before processing withdrawals.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

365juan supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your 365juan account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. 365juan reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time, particularly in connection with large transactions or as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require completed KYC verification before processing.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• No third-party payments: Deposits and withdrawals must use accounts registered in the player's own name.

365juan does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are advised to check with their respective payment providers for applicable charges.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 365juan — whether on sports events, esports matches, sabong via Rooster Rumble, or any other gaming product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, as published on the relevant product page. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 365juan system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 365juan reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event that has been cancelled, or placed in circumstances where a technical error affected the odds or outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Bet confirmation: Bets are binding once confirmed by the 365juan system.
• Minimum bet: ₱10 per bet unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• Maximum bet: Maximum bet limits apply per event and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Void bets: 365juan may void bets in cases of technical errors, event cancellations, or manifest pricing errors.
• Suspicious activity: Bets placed as part of any fraudulent, collusive, or match-fixing scheme will be voided and the account suspended.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 365juan may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 365juan reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

365juan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365juan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 365juan platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 365juan for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 365juan staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the 365juan platform or another player's account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 365juan platform — including but not limited to the 365juan name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365juan or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365juan platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 365juan platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365juan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 365juan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

365juan does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

10. Account Termination

365juan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

365juan is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on our platform. 365juan operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

365juan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 365juan following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
